Mission: Retreat Home concept in need of venue management, human resource development, maintenance schedule, and upgrade.

Mission: To create a guerilla marketing campaign supporting the City of Chicago in its bid to be the location of the Lucas Museum.

Accomplished: Supported by the incredible creative team at Primary Projects, we crafted a pitch that utilized a street art aesthetic, incorporating on the Lake Michigan Shoreline, the imposing Lucas Museum.

Mission: To expand target demographics through expanded and updated menus and concept.

Accomplished: Incorporated food trends and diversified consumer preferences, re-targeted menu for brunch and late day, based on street traffic trends and neighborhood demographics. Sadly, the business partnership dissolved prior to launch.
