Brand Management & Collateral Creation

Brand management and collateral creation happen at all stages of a business and I will be happy to provide pricing for packages for websites, printed collateral, or rebrands.

Julia LMFT, Undressing the Issue Podcast

Mission: Julia Alperovich LMFT approached me when her two web projects required management, one is a practice website and the other a podcast. She asked for guidance on collateral marketing and strategic content plan.

Accomplished: Julia Alperovich LMFT grew her audience and her business with two high performing websites, podcast, and regular content calendar. Her site is fully optimized with regular content added and monthly plans for social media. The creative concept was most fully developed on Undressing the Issue, as all content was mined on our end and applied to the website to provide a provocative backdrop to her podcast platform. We also developed an animated logo that relayed the concept of a tangled heart finding clarity through therapy.

KIMMY ROLPH

REAL ESTATE

Mission: Kimmy Rolph required brand collateral and creative management for her website and real estate business. She also required Facebook SEM management for a video strategy derived from Krista Mashore Method.

Accomplished: Kimmy's audience has grown steadily since developing out her blog, video strategy, and social media. Working in concert with a social media coordinator, we have published, optimized and turned into ads over 200 videos. The video ad strategy has yielded record first time sales for Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach, on The Main Line PA. I also orchestrated creative content partnerships with Closet Works and wrote all scripts relating to new home trends.

MY NC HOMES

Mission: My NC Homes required SEM management, blog writing, new neighborhood and existing neighborhood web content, social media management, and brochures.

Accomplished: All blogs and social media management are delivered on a weekly basis. The business continues to be one of the preeminent boutique real estate brokerages, with an impeccable reputation on The Triangle in Raleigh Durham. SEM campaign and management consisted largely of editing down campaign keywords and removing display settings that caused substantial bleed. All campaigns were hypertargeted to compete with local web traffic only.

BJEECC

Mission: Board of Jewish Educationneeded SEM development for Facebook and Instagram to support a new initiative in their two Chicago locations.
